This is me starting over. My body is just not made to be fit. I have to force it. This is me forcing it.

1/4 mile warm up
1 mile-running straights, walking curves of the track.
Deep stretching in the legs.
Favorite song during my run: This, Ed Sheeran
I feel like I barely made that before my body started laughing at me. I was really glad the only other person at the track was an older gentleman. But he didn't laugh at me, he only smiled because I can't help but make my boobs bounce when I run.
I can do 20 minutes. The proof was today. So the whole starting over thing if over. Now I can just go forward.
